Delivery

Most orders are hand-packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Made-to-order pieces show their own dispatch time on the product page. Every parcel is tracked.

Delivery to the EU, Switzerland & Norway

Orders to the EU, Switzerland and Norway are sent from the UK. Your country may charge import VAT (and, depending on the item, customs duty); the carrier may add a handling fee. These are collected on delivery and are not included in our prices.

Your right to cancel (14 days)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us by email (orders@earthmede.co.uk) or with our cancellation form. You then have 14 days to send the items back.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, the cost of returning it is yours. We refund the price you paid and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof you posted it), to your original payment method.

Personalised or made-to-measure items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Damaged or faulty items

If anything arrives damaged, email orders@earthmede.co.uk within 7 days with a photo and we will replace or refund it, including postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
