Terms

These terms apply to orders placed with Wild Thread Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company no. 16744854), 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@earthmede.com.

1. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email you our order confirmation. We may decline an order (for example if an item is unavailable or clearly mispriced) and will refund you in full.

2. Prices & payment

Prices include VAT. Delivery is shown before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

3. Handmade goods

Each piece is made by hand, so small variations in size, colour, grain and pattern are part of its character and are not faults.

4. Delivery

See Delivery & Returns. Risk passes to you on delivery. Orders to the EU, Switzerland and Norway are sent from the UK; your country may charge import VAT and duty, and the carrier may add a handling fee.

5. Cancellation & returns

You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. Full details are on our Delivery & Returns page and you can use our cancellation form.

6. Faulty goods

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) or your local law in the EU are not affected.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in the EU you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
